- 400 grams pork kasim, cut into small cubes

- 5 cups water

- 5 tablespoons cornstarch (slurry)
- 3/4 cup water (slurry)
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon ginger juice
- ½ cup frozen sweet peas
- 1/2 cup small shrimps, shelled
