A very comforting and delicious soup to warm our stomach. This Chicken Sotanghon Soup is very easy, you can prepare this anytime.
Serves 7 to 8.
Ingredients:
Set A:
- 300 grams chicken breast
- 6 cups water
- 1 piece onion, sliced
Set B:
- 2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 piece carrot, sliced thinly
- 1 stalk celery, cut diagonally
- 2 pieces shiitake mushrooms
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- 8 pieces squid ball, sliced
Set C (Seasoning):
- ¼ kilogram sotanghon noodles
- 1 head small Bok choy
- 1 stalk Spring onions
- Fish sauce, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Chef Tatung’s Tip:
- A drizzle of sesame oil at the end will make it more appetizing.
