Ingredients
- 6 pcs. Premium Choice Pork Chop
- Salt and pepper

- Season all the pork chops with salt.

Ingredients
- Oil, for searing
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 pcs. ripe tomato
- 4 Tbsps. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps. calamansi juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- Black pepper
- ¼ cup chicken stock
- 1 pc. green chili
Instructions
- In a pan, heat the oil. Sear the pork chops. Once seared, remove from the pan. Set aside.
- Using the same pan, sauté the garlic and tomatoes. Season with soy sauce, calamansi juice, sugar, and black pepper. Once the tomatoes become tender and mashed, add the seared porkchops. Pour in the chicken stock.
- Place the pork chops on top of freshly cooked rice, but leave the sauce in the pan. Add green chilis in the sauce. Stir. Pour it over the pork chops.
Gravy Mushroom
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsps. flour
- ½ tsp. dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
- Oil, for searing
- 2 Tbsps. butter
- ¼ cup button mushroom
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix. Dredge the pork chop in the flour mixture.
- In a pan, heat the oil. Sear the pork chops until it is brown. Once seared, add the butter.
- Once the pork chops have browned, add the mushrooms. Pour in the chicken stock. Let it simmer. Season with soy sauce.
- Place the pork chops on top of freshly cooked rice. Pour the sauce over it.
- Garnish with parsley.
Asian Barbecue
Ingredients
- Oil, for searing
- 2 Tbsps. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps. oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsps. tomato ketchup
- 3 Tbsps. sugar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- Black pepper
- Side vegetables (cabbage and bell peppers)
Instructions
- In a pan, heat the oil. Sear the pork chops. Once seared, remove from the pan. Set aside.
- Using the same pan, add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir. Let it cook and reduce. Once the sauce has become sticky, add the seared pork chops back in. Let it simmer, then allow it to rest.
- Place the vegetables as a side with the freshly cooked rice.
- When the pork chops have been fully rested, you can slice it before placing it atop the freshly cooked rice. Pour the sauce over it.
