Serves 6 to 8.
INGREDIENTS:
*Use the Simpol Crispy Pork Belly recipe for the pork.
Set A (Sauce):
- 1 head garlic, minced
- 2 pieces onion, chopped
- ½ cup annatto seeds
- ½ cup flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 4-5 cups beef stock
- Oil, as needed, to make annatto oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Set B (Vegetables):
- 1 piece banana heart, core removed
- 12 pieces sitaw (long beans)
- 2 pieces eggplant
- 1 bunch native pechay
