Bear Pride: WOOF! Ice Cream Cake
Making its debut this year is the Bear Pride Ice Cream or the WOOF! Cake that was created by Sebastian’s head sorbetero. He is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and also considers himself part of the bear community, a subculture which consists of large, beefy, and chubby gay men.
At first, he created the Bear Pride Pop to celebrate his community. This year, he decided to go even further and created the WOOF! Ice Cream Cake which is named after the signature expression of attraction that bears say to each other. While the Rainbow Pride Cake is made with bright and fluffy sherbets and sorbets, the WOOF! Cake consists of rich, indulgent ingredients.
From top to bottom, the layers of the WOOF! Cake are: Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Drizzle, Nutella Ice Cream with Roasted Hazelnuts, Salted Butter Caramel Ice Cream with Toffee Crisp, Mocha Cake with Almond Slivers, Condensed Milk Ice Cream with Pastillas de Leche, Black Sesame Ice Cream with Black Sesame Brittle, and Black Cocoa Cake with Crushed Oreo Cookies.

The Pride Pops are layered ice pops in the colors of various Pride Flags that are available during International Pride Month. Light, sweet, and refreshing, these frozen delights from Sebastian’s are a great way to celebrate your Pride and cool off at the same time.
The Rainbow Pride Pop is a fruit-based Ice Pop that consists of Strawberry, Orange, Mango, Green Apple, Blueberry, and Grape. The Bear Pride Pop is a milk-based Ice Pop arranged in stripes that are flavored with Chocolate, Nutella Caramel, Coffee, Vanilla, Black Sesame, and Black Cocoa. From bottom to top, the layers of the Rainbow Ice Cream Cake are: Ube Cake, Blueberry Ice Cream, Avocado Ice Cream, Lemon Cake, Orange Sherbet, Strawberry Sorbet, and Sweet Cream Ice Cream with Crunchy Milk Crumb. On top, it is decorated with lashings of rainbow white chocolate and finished with a hint of edible gold glitter.
