Serves 4 to 5.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
- 5 cups cooked white rice
- 1 tablespoon so sauce
- ½ teaspoon white black pepper
Set B:
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 piece onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1/2 cup minced carrots
- 1/4 cup Chinese sausage or ham or pork asado, diced
- 1/2 cup shrimps, shelled, deveined and chopped
Set C:
- 3 raw eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup sweet peas
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- Salt, to taste
