Serves 3 to 4. 

INGREDIENTS:

Set A: 

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup ginger, minced
  • 1 piece small red onion, minced
  • Salt, to taste

Set B: 

  • 1 bunch kangkong (water spinach)leaves
  • 1.5 kilogram medium-sized alimasag (blue crabs) 
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 cups coconut milk

Set C: 

  • 2 pieces red chilies, sliced
  • Fish sauce, to taste
