This classic upside-down pineapple cake is so soft, sweet and buttery.
It can be perfectly served any time of the year!

INGREDIENTS:

Set A

  • 1/4 cup unsalted melted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 10 pcs pineapple rings
  • Maraschino cherries

Set B

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Set C

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vinegar

 

Set D

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs preferred
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
