INGREDIENTS:

SET A

  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups sugar

SET B

  • ¾ cup oil
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons red food color
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Frosting:

  • 1 bar cream cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Oven and Mixer: Breville Philippines

Procedure:
A. Sift the Set A ingredients into a bowl and mix everything.

B. In a bowl, combine all Set B ingredients and mix until sugar is dissolved. Add in the Set A mixture and mix until just combined. Pour into muffin pans lined with cupcake liners, and bake. To check doneness  insert a toothpick to check if it comes out clean. Top with desired frosting.
