Some of them are doused in sauce while others are coated in powdered flavorings, enhancing its deliciousness, but when you can’t afford to go out or increase your expenses, then this Buffalo Chicken Wings recipe is the perfect solution.

Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  

Set A:

  • 1 kg. chicken wings
  • 3 pcs. eggs
  • 2 Tbsps. Golden Fiesta Big Crunch Breading Mix
  • 4 Tbsps. flour

Set B:

  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 tsps. UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup
  • 3 Tbsps. UFC Spicier Blend Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Topping:

  • Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl with chicken wings, add salt. Mix. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix egg and flour. Mix, then add it to the bowl with the chicken wings. Toss it all together until the chicken is fully coated.
  • Prepare the breading. Place the Golden Fiesta Big Crunch Breading Mix in a baking dish. Add flour and mix. Grab the battered chicken and place it in the baking dish. Dredge it in the breading mixture.
  • In a pan, heat the oil. Drop the prepared chicken in. Fry until it becomes golden-brown. Make sure to flip the chicken once in a while to make sure it cooks evenly.
  • Prepare the sauce. In a pan, heat the margarine. Sauté the garlic. Add the UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup, UFC Spicier Blend Hot Sauce, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix it all together.
  • When the chicken has become golden, remove it from the pan and place it in a colander to let the excess oil drip off. Make sure to cool down the chicken a little bit before frying it again. Once it has cooled slightly, add it back to the oil.
  • Once the chicken has become golden-brown and crispy, transfer it to the pan with the sauce. Toss until it is fully coated in the sauce.
