Ingredients
Set A:
- 2 ½ cups cornstarch
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 2 cans UFC Golden Sweet Whole Corn Kernels
Set B:
- 2 cans UFC Coconut Cream
- 1 cup cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cornstarch, sugar, evaporated milk, and UFC Coconut Cream. Transfer the mixture to a pot. Make sure to strain it.
- Turn on the heat and stir constantly so it does not burn. When the bottom starts to curdle, add the UFC Golden Sweet Whole Corn Kernels.
