  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
  • 1 piece bird’s eye chili or chili flakes, chopped (optional) 
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons achuete oil (annatto oil) or 2 tablespoons paprika powder 
  • 1 tablespoon raisins (optional)

  • Salted Egg 
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Fish Sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Spring Onions
