This dish may be very simpol, but we made it more delicious with lemon butter sauce!
Serves 3 to 4.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
- ½ kilogram medium shrimps, head and tail on
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup clear soda
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- Salt, to taste
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 piece lemon juiced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- Dash of black pepper
