INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
- 1 1/2 kilo chicken wings (around 16 to 20 pieces)
- 4 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
Set B (Breading Mix):
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
Set C:
- 4 cups cooking oil, for frying
For the Sweet Chili Glaze:
¾ cup sweet chili sauce
For the Sriracha Glaze:
- ¼ cup Jufran Sriracha
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Silver Swan Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
For the Soy Garlic Glaze:
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 4 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
