Set A:
- 1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
 Set B:
- Oil, as needed for searingÂ
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 cloves garlic, peeled Â
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 can whole mushrooms
- 1 cup chicken stock or mushroom brine
Set C:
- ½ cup cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, choppedÂ
- Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
