Serves 2 to 4.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
- 350 grams tuna fillet, cubed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Set B:
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 piece red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 pieces tomato, seeded and diced
- ½ small cucumber, sliced
- 2 pieces finger chilies, sliced
- 1/2 stalk spring onions or cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- Fish sauce, to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons lime juice or 4 tablespoons calamansi juice
- 2 pieces red chilies, chopped
Set C:
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 stalk spring onions or cilantro, chopped (excess from Set A)
