Can you still remember when you last ate a banana? If you can’t, check your fridge or your fruit basket. A bunch of bananas from your grocery haul last week might be sitting around and all turned brown or spotty.

Here is a simple recipe you can try. A classic soft and tasty loaf made with overripe bananas and a sprinkle of cinnamon to fill your home with a warm and comforting aroma, perfect for a chill weekend.

This recipe is easy and simple!

You will only need to prepare the following ingredients:

Set A
1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp. Salt

Set B
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Palm Oil
2 Whole Eggs
1 ½ cups Mashed Overripe Bananas
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

With all the ingredients ready, you are now good to go. This foolproof recipe is so easy, even kids can join you in baking it. Simply follow this procedure:

1. Sift the Set A ingredients into a bowl and mix.

2. In a separate bowl, combine Set B ingredients and mix until frothy and sugar is dissolved. Add in Set A mixture and then continue mixing until just combined.

3. Pour into a greased, parchment-lined 4.5” x 8.5” loaf pan then bake in 320F (160C) preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
