Buco Lamao Pudding
Ingredients
Buko Juice Gulaman:
- 1 pack Mr. Hat Gulaman (white)
- 6 cups buko juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
Sweetened Buko Juice Gulaman:
- 3 1/2 cupa buko juice
- 1 can evaporated milk (270 mL)
- 1 can condensed milk (270 mL)
- 250 g. crackers
- 1 Tbsp. Mr. Hat Gulaman (white)
Creamy Gulaman:
- 4 cups buko meat
- 1 batch Buko Juice Gulaman
- 2 packs all-purpose cream (500 mL)
- 1 can condensed milk (270 mL)
Instructions
- In a pot, add the buko juice, Mr. Hat white gulaman, and sugar. Leave it to boil until fully combined, then pour it into a container. Let it chill and set.
- In a pot, heat the buko juice.
- While waiting for the buko juice to start simmering, crush the crackers into a bowl.
- Pour in the Mr. Hat white gulaman. Leave it to boil. Make sure to keep mixing so the gulaman dissolves.
- Once the buko juice gulaman starts boiling, add the condensed milk and evaporated milk. Stir, then pour it into the crushed crackers. Mix, then transfer it to a container. Let it chill and set.
- Slice the chilled buko juice gulaman into your desired shape and size. Put the sliced buko juice gulaman into a bowl with buko meat. Mix.
- In a bowl, add the all-purpose cream and condensed milk. Beat it all together. Once fully combined, pour it into the bowl with the buko juice gulaman and buko meat.
- Slice the chilled sweetened buko juice gulaman into your desired shape and size. Pour the creamy gulaman onto it. Spread it evenly, then put it in the chiller.
Banoffee Salad
Ingredients
Coffee Gulaman:
- 1 pack Mr. Hat Gulaman (coffee)
- 3 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar
White Gulaman:
- 1 pack Mr. Hat Gulaman (white)
- 2 cups water
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
Coffee Cream:
- 4 - 6 pcs. bananas
- 350 g. Broas
- 6 Tbsps. ground coffee
- 1/4 cup hot water heater
- 2 packs all-purpose cream (500 mL)
- 1 can condensed milk (270 mL)
Instructions
- In a pot, add the water, sugar, and Mr. Hat coffee gulaman. Stir and leave it to boil. Once it starts boiling, pour it into a container. Let it chill and set.
- In a pot, add the water, milk, Mr. Hat white gulaman, and sugar. Leave it to boil until fully combined, then pour it into a container. Let it chill and set.
- Peel and chop the bananas. Chop the broas.
- Prepare the coffee cream. In a bowl, add instant coffee and hot water. Beat until it cools down and becomes fluffy. Once it gains volume, add the all-purpose cream and continue beating. Add the condensed milk, then continue beating until it reaches soft peaks.
- When the coffee cream has attained soft peaks, add the bananas and broas. Mix well.
- Slice the chilled white gulaman and coffee gulaman into your desired shape and size. Make sure they are in the same container, then pour in the coffee cream. Mix well, then put it in the chiller.
