INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
- 1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 pieces calamansi juice
Set B:
- Cooking oil, as needed, for searing chicken
- 1 piece carrot, diced
- 3 pieces potatoes, diced and soaked in water with 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 pieces onion, chopped
- 2 pieces laurel leaves
- 2 cups chicken stock or water
- 1 pack Filipino Style Tomato Sauce (200 grams)
Set C:
- 2 pieces red bell peppers, diced
- Patis (fish sauce), to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup frozen green peas
