 Serves 6 to 7. 

INGREDIENTS:

 Set A:

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 pieces calamansi juice

Set B:

  • Cooking oil, as needed, for searing chicken 
  • 1 piece carrot, diced
  • 3 pieces potatoes, diced and soaked in water with 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed 
  • 2 pieces onion, chopped
  • 2 pieces laurel leaves
  • 2 cups chicken stock or water
  • 1 pack Filipino Style Tomato Sauce (200 grams)

 Set C:

  • 2 pieces red bell peppers, diced
  • Patis (fish sauce), to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup frozen green peas
