This classic Mexican dish is flavorful, healthy and easy to do. Just prepare all the ingredients and you’ll have a delicious meal in just a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS:
For the Chicken Fajitas:
Set A:
- 350 grams (3 pieces) skinless chicken breast or thigh fillets
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Set B:
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 piece white onion, thinly sliced
- 1 piece red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 piece green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 piece lime or lemon
Set C (For the Sour Cream):
- 1 cup all-purpose cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Lemon juice and zest (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
