Serves 3 to 5.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
- ¾ cup pork or chicken, strips
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Set B:
- 1 piece onion, quartered
- 1 piece carrot, cut into florets
- 1 stalk celery, cut diagonally
Set C:
- ½ cup fresh squid or squid balls, cut into strips
- 2 pieces chicken or pork liver
- 6 pieces shrimps
- 1 head cauliflower, trimmed and cut up
- 1 cup canned whole kernel corns
- 1 piece red bell pepper, diced
- 1 piece green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup Baguio beans or chicharo, cut diagonally
- ½ head cabbage, chopped
Set D (Sauce):
- 1 cup water or chicken stock (or 1 pack seasoning granules dissolved in water)
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Fish sauce, to taste

- This stir fried dish is so versatile, you can actually add whatever vegetables or protein you desire. What is important, is that you factor in the cooking time needed to get the ingredients cooked. The game is to cook this dish at the quickest time possible so you have crisp and bright-colored vegetables all the time.
- You can add mushrooms, boiled quail eggs, prawns, slices of pork, chicken livers, bamboo shoots, or other green leafy vegetables as you please.
- Remember to have everything ready before you start cooking.
- You can also use canned mushroom soup concentrate.
