Serves 2 to 3.

INGREDIENTS:

Set A:

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 piece medium ginger, minced
  • 1 piece onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon bagoong alamang (shrimp paste)
  • 1/4  kilogram lean ground pork 
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • Salt, to taste

 Set B:

  • 2 pieces finger chilies, chopped
  • 2 pieces red chilies, chopped (optional)
  • 3 cups wing beans or Baguio beans or kangkong stalks, chopped 
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • Fish sauce, to taste
