Serves 7 to 8.
Ingredients:
Set A:
- 1 kg. ground pork (at least with 20% fat)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 tablespoon white sugar
- ½ cup onions, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
Set B:
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup fresh milk or cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Set C:
- 1 cup carrots, minced
- ¾ cup red bell peppers, minced
- 1 cup pickle relish or pineapple, drained and crushed
- ¼ cup banana catsup
- 1 cup raisins (optional)
- 1 cup green peas (optional)
For Toppings:
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1 piece red bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices carrots, florets
