Serves 3 to 4.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 piece onion, minced
- 2 pieces thumb-sized ginger, minced
- ½ cup aligue paste
- ¼ cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cups coconut cream
Set B:
- 1.2 kilo medium-sized alimango (crab)
- 4 pieces red chilies
- 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
Set C:
Spring onions or cilantro, for garnish
Chef Tatung’s Tip:
- You may use the same sauce recipe for other seafood such as prawns.
