No cooking required for this dish! Just cure the fish with vinegar and you’ll get to enjoy this delicious Kinilaw na Tuna!

Serves 2 to 4. 

INGREDIENTS:

Set A: 

  • 350 grams tuna fillet, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

Set B:

  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 piece red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 pieces tomato, seeded and diced
  • ½ small cucumber, sliced
  • 2 pieces finger chilies, sliced
  • 1/2 stalk spring onions or cilantro, chopped 
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • Fish sauce, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice or 4 tablespoons calamansi juice
  • 2 pieces red chilies, chopped

Set C: 

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 stalk spring onions or cilantro, chopped (excess from Set A)
