INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
- 1/4 kilogram pork, diced
- 1 piece onion, chopped
- 1 piece medium-sized ginger, pounded
- 1/4 cup shredded dried fish (soaked in water before shredding) or bagoong
- 1 cup water
- 2-3 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 kilogram dried taro leaves
Set B:
- 12 pieces medium shrimps (optional)
- 1- 1 1/2 cups kakang-gata (coconut cream)
- 4 pieces bird’s eye chilies
- Fish sauce, to taste
