Mango Graham

Ingredients

Mango Jelly:

  • 1 1/2 cup mango trimmings
  • 4 Tbsps. white sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsps. cornstarch

Graham Crust:

  • 4 cups crushed graham
  • 3/4 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup melted butter

Sweetened Cream:

  • 2 packs Nestle All-Purpose Cream
  • 1 can condensed milk

To Arrange:

  • 1 kg. ripe mango
  • Brush with corn syrup

Instructions

  • Using a fruit baller, make mango balls with the fresh mango. If you don't have a baller, dice the mangoes using a knife.
  • Scoop the remaining flesh from the mango and place it in a pot. Add the sugar, water, and cornstarch. Mix everything together until the sugar and cornstarch has dissolved. Once they have been fully incorporated with each other and there are no lumps, start cooking it into a jelly.
  • When it has thickened, turn off the heat and let it rest.
  • In a bowl with graham crumbs, add the white sugar and melted butter. Mix well. Transfer it to a baking dish. Make sure to flatten it to make it compact.
  • Pour the mango jelly on top of the graham layer. Spread it out so it’s level. Let it chill.
  • In a bowl, add the Nestle All-Purpose Cream. Make sure to chill it beforehand so it is stable. Add condensed milk and beat it until it doubles in size.
  • Scoop an ample amount of cream and place a layer over the chilled mango jelly. Place another layer of graham crust. Make sure to flatten it. Finish it off with a layer of cream.
  • Arrange the mango balls on top. Once the mango balls have been arranged, brush them with corn syrup. Leave it to chill for 6 hours or more.

If you can’t think of what dessert to serve during the numerous joyous occasions, use this Mango Graham recipe. You could even try different fruits when making this to make it even more special and personalized. Just make sure to chill it first before eating, so you can experience it in its fullest delight.
