INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
- 1/2 kilogram shrimp
- 1/4 cut white rum or gin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Set B:
- ½ cup flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup cold water
- Cooking Oil, for frying
Set C (Salted Egg Dipping Sauce):
- 2 pieces salted egg, mashed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
- Chopped spring onions
