A light milk jelly that pleases everyone. It’s perfect for a light dessert after a heavy meal.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 cup full cream milk
3 Tbps. gelatin powder
Set B:
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Set C:
Your choice of topping
Procedure:
A. In a saucepan, simmer the milk and dissolve the gelatin powder in it.
B. In a bowl, combine all Set B ingredients and mix. Add in the Set A mixture and mix until well combined. Pour into the ramekin molds and place in the chiller to set.
C. Add toppings of choice before serving.
