½ teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon leeks
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tsp toasted peanuts

SEAFOOD AGLIO E OLIO

Ingredients

3 cloves garlic (minced)

2 pieces squid (ring cut, peeled)
6 pieces shrimp (deveined, peeled)
3 tablespoons olive oil
