Ingredients:

Set A:
1/2 cup UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup
4 Tbsps. soy sauce
1 pc. thumb-sized ginger, grated
1/2 kg. pork spareribs
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Set B:
1 cup cooking oil, for frying
4 pcs. tofu, cubed

Set C:
4 Tbsps. oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc. medium white onion, sliced
1 cup water

Set D:
1 small can UFC Garden Fresh Green Peas
1/2 cup pineapple chunks (set the juice aside)
