  • 250 g. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 750 g. Spaghetti Sauce Sweet-style

Instructions

  • Peel the carrots, chop it, then blend it in a food processor. Slice the red bell pepper and onion. Place it in the food processor and blend it as well.
  • In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, eggs, and Nestle All-Purpose Cream. Mix it all together.
  • In a separate bowl, add the ground pork, ground beef, the carrot mixture, garlic, Maggi magic Sarap, black pepper, and salt. Mix it all together, then add the breadcrumbs-egg mixture. Mix again. Make sure to chill your meat before working with it.
  • In a pan, heat the oil. Shape the meatballs, then place it in the pan to cook. Flip it over after one side has turned golden-brown. Once cooked, remove it from the pan and place it on a plate. Set aside.
  • Using the same pan, sauté the garlic, carrot mixture, onions, oregano, and butter.
  • Dissolve a Maggi Magic Chicken Cube in hot water.
  • Once the aromatics have been fully incorporated with each other, pour in the tomato sauce and chicken stock. Mix well.
  • After the sauce has fully combined, add the meatballs back in. Pour in Nestle All-Purpose Cream. Season with salt and black pepper. Leave it to simmer.
  • In a pot, season boiling water with salt. Add the spaghetti pasta and let it cook for 6 minutes. Once it has become al dente, remove it from the pot and transfer it to the pan with the sauce. Toss until the pasta is fully covered in the sauce. Season with black pepper and parsley.
  • Arrange the spaghetti with the meatballs on top. Garnish with cheese and parsley.

Rather than having to order a tray or bilao of spaghetti, cook your own large serving of Spaghetti Meatballs and watch as your hard work makes everyone smile with delight. Cooking your own serving of spaghetti will also make this special event even more special, especially if the celebrant is your child.
