Serves 2 to 3.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pc. onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 4 teaspoons oyster sauce
- ¾ cup sweet chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons sriracha
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
Set B:
- ½ kilogram prawns
- ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Set C:
- Green onions or cilantro, finely sliced
- Red chilies, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Tip:
- You may also add other seafood in this recipe such as crabs and mussels.
- You may also jazz up the recipe with fresh or dry herbs of choice.
