- You can use ground beef or chicken for this recipe as well.
For the Tortang Giniling:
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
- 6 whole eggs
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water or milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooked ground meat (from Set AÂ ingredients)
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Chef Tatung’s Tip:Â
- Using your index finger, press the center of the omelet to check if it is done. You will know it is cooked when it is firm and no raw eggs ooze out of the omelet.
