You can now cook at home your favorite fried rice from Chinese restaurants! It’s so simpol, it can be ready in just a few minutes!

 Serves 4 to 5.

INGREDIENTS:

Set A:

  • 5 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 tablespoon so sauce
  • ½ teaspoon white black pepper

Set B:

  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 piece onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1/2 cup minced carrots
  • 1/4 cup Chinese sausage or ham or pork asado, diced 
  • 1/2 cup shrimps, shelled, deveined and chopped

 Set C:

  • 3 raw eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup sweet peas
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
