A delicious nutty and chewy treat that will surely satisfy your sweet tooth. Have it handy for a quick sugar fix. Bake in a larger pan and end up with thinner but chewier bites.

INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup full cream powdered milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup cashew nuts, chopped

Set B:
3/4 cup palm oil
1 cup brown sugar
4 whole eggs
1 can condensed milk (396 ml)
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Set C (Topping):
1/4 cup cashew nuts, whole

PROCEDURE:
A. Sift the Set A ingredients, except for chopped cashew nuts, into a bowl and mix.

B. In a bowl, combine all the Set B ingredients and mix until frothy and sugar is dissolved. Add Set A mixture and chopped cashew nuts, then mix until well combined, but do not overmix.

C. Pour into a parchment-lined baking pan and top with whole cashew nuts, then bake. To check doneness, insert a toothpick to check if it comes out clean.
