Serve this with your soup, salad, pasta or charcuterie. But It is not required, it’s good by itself
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 tsp. instant yeast
2 Tbsps. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup full cream milk
2 Tbsps. olive oil
Procedure:
In a mixer with a hook attachment, combine all ingredients and mix until dough becomes smooth and stretchy. Then let it rest for an hour. Roll out dough into a 12” x 18” rectangular shape and cut into strips. Twist and arrange on a baking sheet. Brush with egg wash or pesto sauce or garlic Parmesan butter and bake until crisp.
Parmesan Butter:
Combine in a bowl all the ingredients and mix until well combined. Place in the chiller before using.
