Homemade ice cream can be a treat, especially if you create your own flavors. Use this simple recipe as a base and make your own flavor.

INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 cup fresh mango
1 cup fresh peach
1 cup granulated sugar

Set B:
2 cups Arla Pro High Stability Whipping Cream, 35%

PROCEDURE:
A. Blend Set A ingredients into a puree and set aside.

B. Whisk 2 cups of whipping cream until stiff peaks and fold in Set A mixture until well combined. Pour into a loaf pan and chill for 6 to 12 hours.

CANDIED PECANS

PROCEDURE:
To make candied pecans, combine sugar and water in a saucepan and caramelize until syrup becomes amber in color. Add baking soda, chopped pecans and salted butter, then mix. Pour to a greased, parchment-lined baking tray to set.
