Make your own loaf bread for your family. Not only is it delicious but also very satisfying.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
3 cups bread flour
2 tsps. instant yeast
6 Tbsps. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsps. salt
1 whole egg
1 cup full cream milk
Set B:
1/2 cup unsalted butter,
at room temperature
Set C:
1 whole egg
2 Tbsps. full cream milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
PROCEDURE:
A. Combine Set A ingredients and mix. Then allow mixture to rest for at least 10 minutes.
B. Add butter and knead or mix the dough until butter is combined and the dough is smooth and stretchy.
C. Shape dough into a ball and cover it with a damp cloth. Allow it to rise for 1 hour or until double in size. Roll the dough into a log and place in a well– greased loaf pan. Let it rise for 1 hour and brush with egg wash. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
