- 1 kilogram pork shoulder, cut into logs of 3-inch diameter
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 4 tablespoons banana catsup
- 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
Set B
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
