This guilty pleasure is so easy to make at home. Store crinkles in an airtight jar for a midnight treat with a glass of milk.

INGREDIENTS:
SET A:
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Set B:
1/2 cup Palm Oil
1 cup dark brown sugar
4 Tbsp. glucose or corn syrup
2 whole eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract

SET C:
1 cup powdered sugar

PROCEDURE:
A. In a bowl, sift together the Set A ingredients and mix everything.

B. Use a round-bottomed bowl to combine the Set B ingredients. Use a wire whisk to beat the sugar until dissolved, and creamy consistency is achieved. Mix this with the Set A mixture to make a thick dough. Chill for an hour before shaping into rounds. Use an ice cream scooper to make even portions.

C. Roll each scoop of dough in powdered sugar and arrange on a greased or parchment-lined baking tray. You can flatten it a bit using your fingers, then bake.
