This is the lightest, fluffiest, and most delicate bread ever. From sandwiches to toasts, it’s the perfect bread for everyday bites. Definitely a must-try!

INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1/4 cup bread flour
1 cup water
1/4 cup full cream milk

Set B:
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1 Tbsp. instant yeast
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk powder
1 whole egg
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

PROCEDURE:

A. In a saucepan, combine Set A ingredients and cook until mixture becomes pastelike in consistency. Set aside and let cool.

B. In a mixer with the hook attachment, place the pastelike mixture from Set A and combine Set B ingredients except butter, then mix together until sticky and smooth. Add the butter last and mix until incorporated.

Shape dough into a ball, cover dough with a damp cloth and allow to rise for 1 hour or until double in size. Roll out the dough into a long log, divide into 18 pieces, and arrange by placing dough balls beside each other in the pan, occupying equal spaces. Let it rise for 30 to 40 minutes Then bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Allow bread to cool down before serving.
