Enjoy this protein-rich snack at any time of the day to power you up. It’s so easy to make, your kids can make it too.

INGREDIENTS:
SET A:
1/2 cup palm oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup instant dry oats

Set B:
1 cup peanuts, lightly toasted, chopped

PROCEDURE:
A. In a bowl, combine all Set A ingredients and mix.

B. Add chopped peanuts last. Fold in. Scoop into round-shaped cookies and place in the chiller to set.
