The brownies that we have loved since our childhood. Just top with chopped toasted Peanuts.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Set B:
1 cup palm oil
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Set C
1/2 cup toasted peanuts, chopped
PROCEDURE:
A. Sift the Set A ingredients into a bowl and mix everything.
B. In a bowl, combine all the Set B ingredients and mix until frothy and sugar is dissolved. Add in the Set A mixture and mix until just combined.
C. Pour into a parchment-lined square pan. Top with chopped peanuts, then bake. To check doneness, insert a toothpick to check if it comes out clean.
