This tender dinner roll is perfect with butter. You’d be happy to see it grace your dining table.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
2 cups bread flour
2 Tbsps. instant yeast
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
Set B:
1 cup full cream milk
1 cup potato, boiled and mashed
1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
Procedure :
A. In a mixer with a hook attachment, combine all Set A ingredients and mix until well combined.
B. Add in the Set B ingredients. Mix until the dough is stretchy and smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Roll into a round shape and top with different toppings or keep it plain as it is, then bake until crust is light golden brown.
