So here’s a simple yet delicious version of fried chicken perfect for Noche Buena! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

 Set A:

  • 1 whole chicken
  • salt
  • pepper

Set B:

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 stalks leeks
  • 2 pcs star anise
  • Whole peppercorn

Set C:

  • 8 cups chicken stock
  • 3 pcs laurel leaves

Set D:

  • Oil

Dipping Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp. Banana Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Hot Sauce
