Serves 2 to 3.
INGREDIENTS:
- Set A:
- 2 tablespoons Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 piece small onion, chopped
- 1 piece tomato, diced
- 1 cup ground pork
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
- UFC Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Set B:
- 4 raw eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch in ¼ cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Set C:
- 2 pieces large eggplants, grilled and peeled
- Oil, as needed
