Pinoy birthdays are always made special with our favorite spaghetti. Everyone loves this recipe, specially the kids because of its sweetness and creaminess!
DISH YOU KNOW?
Spaghetti was brought in the Philippines during the American occupation. It was the most requested dish by the Americans during that time to remind them of home. But during the World War II, the Philippines experienced shortage of tomatoes and tomato ketchup. A Filipino food technologist and war Heroine came up with the idea to replace tomatoes with banana catsup. Since then, the Filipino sweet-style became popular.
