INGREDIENTS:

Set A:

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 200 grams pork strips
  • salt

Set B:

  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 100 grams pork liver
  • 1/4 kilo blood drained
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 bunch miswa
  • 2 cups dahon ng sili
  • 1 piece long green chilies
