Filipinos have adapted the spring roll centuries ago from Chinese migrants to the country to make our very own versions of it in different makes, fillings, and sizes. One of the most popular is the fried version lovingly we call Lumpia Shanghai.

Ingredients:
Set A:
- 1/2 kilo ground pork
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup singkamas, grated
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons kinchay, chopped
SET B:
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 24 pcs Lumpia wrapper
